I love the art of shopping — and in combination with the changing season, I’ve been treating myself more than usual. My recent quest has been finding the coziest knee-high boots to match my current moodboard aesthetic of “latte dressing.” I have been hyper-fixated on these brown pairs of Bayonne Tall High-Heeled Boots from The Drop to complete my monochromatic vision. After going back and forth on whether or not I should add these boots to my cart, I pulled the trigger and bought them. In short, I made the right decision.

The knee-high boots come in black and brown faux suede, white, and snake-print leather in sizes 5 through 13. They feature a side zipper for easy on and off, a 3.25-inch heel, and the boot shaft has elastic around the opening for a secure fit and stops a few inches short of the knee.

These boots were made for those who love classic boots but aren’t willing to compromise on comfort. They require minimal break-in time and fit more on the narrow side. They have elastic around the boot's opening, ensuring they stay securely in place without drooping or bunching. The heel sits at a comfortable height, so I’m able to stand and walk without pain for hours. 

Their soft faux suede exterior is buttery soft to the touch but is also super easy to maintain. I once spilled an espresso martini on them while at a happy hour, and with a quick trip to the bathroom, I was able to effortlessly remove the stain with a damp paper towel. 

When it comes to styling, these boots can easily be dressed up or down. As previously stated, I’m all about latte dressing, so I have paired them with a brown long-sleeve maxi dress. For my recent trip to the apple orchard, I wore them with wide-leg jeans and a cozy, oversized sweater. Every time I wear them, I am showered in compliments — so much so, in fact, I’m considering adding the snake-print style to my cart.
